How to set up automatic backups in five minutes

Backups only help if they run without you thinking about them. Here is the setup we recommend.

A backup you have to remember to take is not a backup. This guide sets up a schedule that runs on its own.

1. Open the backup tab

From your server panel, open Backups. Every plan includes at least one backup slot.

We recommend a daily backup at a low-traffic hour, plus a weekly backup kept for a month.

Restore into a test server once. An untested backup is a guess.
